📢 Combined Hindi Translators Examination 2026

The Staff Selection Commission has released the notification for the Combined Hindi Translators Examination 2026 to conduct direct recruitment for Group B Non-Gazetted positions across various Ministries, Departments, and Organizations of the Government of India. The included posts are Junior Translation Officer, Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Senior Translation Officer. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Hindi or English (or in any other subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/medium subjects) along with a recognized diploma/certificate in translation or relevant translation work experience. The age limit for applicants is 18 to 30 years, with category-wise relaxations. Selection is based on a two-tier examination scheme consisting of Paper-I (Objective Type Computer Based Examination) and Paper-II (Descriptive Translation & Essay), followed by post allocation through First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) and Document Verification conducted by respective User Departments.
