Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Hindi or English (or in any other subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/medium subjects) along with a recognized diploma/certificate in translation or relevant translation work experience. The age limit for applicants is 18 to 30 years, with category-wise relaxations.
