Staff Selection Commission — Departmental Exams (SSC DE)

The Staff Selection Commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel & Training that, besides open competitive recruitment, also conducts limited departmental competitive examinations. This stream covers those departmental exams, through which existing central government employees compete internally for promotion or absorption into higher grades rather than through open public recruitment.
