Bihar Police Sub-Ordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released an official recruitment advertisement for the post of Adhinayak Anudeshak (Adhinayak Instructor) under the Home Department (Special Branch), Government of Bihar, within the Bihar Home Guard service cadre. The selection process aims to fill 122 vacant positions through a direct recruitment drive open to eligible male, female, and third-gender Indian citizens. Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent and meet specified age criteria and physical standard measurements. The selection procedure comprises two main phases: a written examination and a physical efficiency test.
