Railway Recruitment Boards have published Corrigendum No. 5 regarding the Centralized Employment Notice CEN 09/2025 for recruitment to various Level 1 posts under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. This notice introduces corrections to specific sub-paras and annexure references related to scribe facilities for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. It clarifies the specific medical certificate formats and letters of undertaking required at examination centers for candidates with benchmark disabilities, as well as those with less than 40 percent disability facing writing difficulties.
