Step 9: Candidates selected via Review Board meeting on 20.02.2026 in place of unwilling candidates must report for document verification, character verification, and medical test at 12th Battalion RAC (IR) Headquarters, Vikaspuri, Delhi on 09.03.2026 at 11:00 AM with all original documents and affidavits.

Step 10: Selected candidates via Review Board must report for medical examination on 12.03.2026 at 06:00 AM at 12th Battalion RAC Rear Headquarter, Debari, Udaipur.

Step 11: Candidates appointed via Review Board order dated 01.04.2026 (5 candidates) must report for joining/duty at Office of Commandant, 12th Battalion RAC (IR), Vikaspuri, New Delhi on or before 06.04.2026 along with required indemnity bond, RAC police service bond, affidavits, Rs 5000 mess advance, Rs 3000 welfare fund fee, 10 passport size photographs, and SBI bank passbook.
